Fiction & Nonfiction Leveled Reading Collections For Grade 1+

Introduce students to multiple text types as called for inthe Common Core and other state standards.

Each book has 12 to 20 pages withguided reading levels at A-I. There are six books per set (3 fiction and3 nonfiction)

Helps students to:

• Compare and contrast stories in the same genre on their approaches to similarthemes and topics
• Analyze how two or more texts address similar themes or topics in orderto build knowledge
• Read and comprehend complex literary and informational texts independentlyand proficiently
• Recognize common types of text
